1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the services provided by RideWise UK, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
RideWise UK provides taxi services within the UK (“Service”). You must provide, at your own cost, all necessary equipment to use the Service, including a mobile device and internet access.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. BOOKINGS
All bookings are subject to availability. We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill your booking but do not guarantee any specific driver or vehicle.

5. PAYMENT
You agree to pay all fees for services provided to you by RideWise UK at the time of booking. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

6. USER CONDUCT
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to infringe or violate third party rights or disrupt the Service.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideWise UK disclaims all warranties, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RideWise UK, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
RideWise UK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations, failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
